What are your shipping delivery times?

Free Standard 3 Day shipping is automatically applied during checkout on all orders. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. You can automatically receive free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise total of £8 or more. No promo codes are necessary; free shipping is applied automatically during checkout as long as the order total exceeds £8 before shipping charges or taxes are added and before any discounts are applied.

How do I track my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment email confirmation with a tracking number. To track an order on the website, visit the Order Status page and enter your order number, email address and billing zip code. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

How are gift cards delivered?

Physical gift cards are shipped along with jewelry and follows the same processing times and delivery times mentioned above. E-Gift cards are usually sent over email to the gift recipient on the same day if the order is placed during business days.

Can one order be delivered to multiple locations?

During checkout, you'll see an estimated delivery date for your order. After placing your order, you'll be notified every step of the way and will be provided a tracking number when your order is dispatched. If your order contains a mix of regular and customised products or gift cards, they will be dispatched separately and you'll receive separate estimated delivery dates for each delivery.

About return policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. And make sure all items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address that we email you.
